Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with the original tags still attached.
3. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
4. ALL SALE items are final sale.
5. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
6. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after receiving your return.
8. Original shipping is not refundable.
9. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
