RETURNS & REFUNDS

14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to Return: Email us at shop@heart-boutique.com to start your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us immediately at shop@heart-boutique.com if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What We Can't Accept

• Custom or personalized items
• Beauty and personal care products
• Perishable goods

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for what you'd like instead.

Refund Timeline Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow extra time for your bank to post the refund.
